Pivotal Performance is an accredited centre for NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, IFSM, CIEH, BSC, C&G and ILM courses. If you are looking for a specific course use our course search to find what you are looking for. Booking is easy.

• By Fax - Complete the booking form at the back of our brochure and fax through to 0870 300 2131.
• Online - Complete an online booking form and a member of our team will call you back.
• By phone - Simply call us on 0870 600 3113 and one of our advisors will guide you through the booking process.

Courses for all public courses (or a module of public course) must be paid 14 days in advance of the start date. Payment may be made by Cheque or Credit/Debit card at the time of booking or immediately on receipt of invoice.

For customers wishing to pay on account, invoices should be paid within 30 days from the date of invoice or 14 days in advance of the start date for public courses.

The following is to give you an idea of the time commitment needed.

NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. A minimum of 87 taught hours plus 42 hours of private study.

NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. A minimum of 225 taught hours plus 50 hours of private study

The National General Certificate is designed to equip managers, supervisors and employee representatives to carry out their health and safety duties more effectively.

Diplomas are designed to equip people seeking a professional career in health and safety.

Enrolment on the National Diploma lasts 5 years.

You have 5 years from enrolment in which to pass the Diploma

If the course you have taken provides you with a Photo/ID Card you must bring a photo with you on the first day of your course with your name written on the reverse.

The results for all NEBOSH Courses typically take 3 months.

Results and Certificates will be despatched from the Accrediting Body.

IOSH Courses

Assessments must be returned to Pivotal Performance two weeks from the final day of the course. These are then assessed by the trainer and moderated by IOSH. Generally allow a period of 10-12 weeks.

Pivotal Performance Courses

You should receive your certificates within 2 weeks of taking the course. If you do not please contact our administration team who will be glad to help.

I've heard that IOSH run their own CPD scheme where can I find more information about this?

IOSH have updated their CPD scheme to the new MyCPD Online Scheme. You can find more information about the new CPD scheme by clicking here.

A laptop may be beneficial, but not essential to delegates on the following courses;-

• City & Guilds 7331 Certificate in Practical Training Techniques
• Manual Handling Trainer Training
• Fire Safety Risk Assessor
