HSE makes risk assessments available online to help businesses

A number of sample risk assessments have been placed online by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to help businesses make their operations safer more easily.
The sample assessments include a number of case studies.
The idea is to help managers know how to identify real issues, and take practical steps to make a real difference in their business. By having a sample risk assessment to work from, it will give them confidence they are doing the right thing.
The examples available include a number of different kinds of retail businesses, office-based businesses, warehousing, pubs, and transport.
